Team building - our workshops


A Stretch of the Imagination (4hrs, incl. break)
The aim of this fun, yet challenging day is to equip people with the skills necessary to devise short scenes of physical theatre on a given theme, complete with costumes, props and soundtrack. This day will stretch the participants’ muscles as well as their imagination!
At the start of the session, they will be led through a series of gentle warm-up exercises, tuning into their bodies and learning useful information about correct posture and injury- prevention on the way.
They will then engage in a series of physical competitions and games- activities that are extensively used with actors and physical performers in order to free their imagination and in order to develop confidence and presence on stage.
The group will gradually be introduced to specific creative tasks, leading to the creation of short scenes on a given theme. The session culminates in an informal performance of the created scenes, complete with soundtrack, props and costumes.

Physical Challenge (2hrs, incl break)
This workshop focuses on physical challenges and competitions, as found in professional performer training, in order to energise people and foster good communication amongst participants.
The level of physicality can be set to the group’s needs and specifications.
At the end of the session we will, together with the participants, design a bespoke mini-workout based on some of the activities they have experienced - suitable for use at home, while traveling or even during lunch hour at work!

Ice –breaker and energising sessions (1hour max.)
A short session, including some of our physical games and competitions. Suitable as a short, fun ice breaker and warm-up before conferences or meetings. Also suitable as a regular evening or morning energiser your employees can attend out of office hours.

Space
Our workshops can be held on your premises - all we need is an empty room with carpeted or wooden floor. Please contact us to discuss options.
Alternatively, we are happy to hold our sessions at a professional studio in Central London. (Additional to workshop cost, please ask for details)
