About us Our unique approach is inspired by years of experience as award-winning physical performers, choreographers and movement teachers, having motivated countless people from all walks of life to learn physical - and performance skills they thought were beyond their capabilities. We believe that it is vital for businesses, especially in the current economic climate, to promote creative thinking and enthusiasm in their employees. We also believe that in order to develop these qualities, the world of the performing arts can provide an ideal learning environment. Training as a performer or creating a performance, for example, develops a multitude of positive skills - effective teamwork and communication, confidence and lateral thinking, to name but a few. We promote these skills by allowing people to step out of their working environment for a short while, and to challenge themselves in order to discover untapped talents that will benefit them in their working lives. H2B workshops offers a unique programme of exciting physical challenges, games and competitions, designed to: -improve confidence
in participants Our programmes consist of an innovative combination of exercises and activities that physical performers regularly use in order to free their imagination, to develop their confidence and stage presence. H2B workshops’s workshops will provide stimulating and challenging opportunities for participants to work together as a team and solve creative problems in order to discover hidden strengths and talents. (Please see Team Building for details about all our workshops.)

'As an osteopath, the most common presenting problems I encounter are headaches, neck and shoulder and low back pain, all usually a result of poor posture and stress at work. So many people spend years in a slumped position in front of a VDU that chronic strain patterns result and lead to physical pain and mental lethargy as muscles shorten and contract and blood flow to the brain is compromised.
